The Dino-Lite Premier AM4113T-GFBW digital microscope is optimized for research and viewing objects involving fluorescent objects using blue LED’s for excitation and has a 510nm emission filter that is designed to observe green fluorescence including but not limited to GFP (green fluorescent protein). The AM4113T-GFBW has a 1.3 megapixel sensor that you can capture or record at 1.3 megapixels resolutions, and can magnify up to 200x magnifications depending of working distance.

The AM4113T-GFBW uses the H11 housing which is the second generation housing for the Dino-Lite that incorporates: improved magnification dial movement for smooth and easy adjustment and focusing with the Dino-Lite, a scroll lock feature for assuring desired set magnification/ focus distance, and a cable strain relief (SR) that holds the Dino-Lite and its USB Cable together for greater resistance from pulls and twists.
